Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges: 
Ready to Ship Items: Wallypop accepts returns and will offer a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) on unused, unwashed, unstained items with no odor or pet hair. Items must be in BRAND NEW condition. Contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance for instructions and a return authorization. Refunds or exchanges will be made only once the items have been returned for inspection. We are only able to refund or credit you for the amount of the items purchased, not for shipping expenses. If you wish to exchange your item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Items are not accepted for return or exchange if they have been used, if they are dirty, if they have an odor, if they have human or pet hair on them, or if they are in anything other than brand new condition. Items returned to us in less than new condition will NOT be accepted for a refund or return. You will either forfeit your item, or will need to pay for us to ship the item back to you.

Made to Order and custom items MAY be accepted for return or exchange if they are substantially similar to our ready to ship items. This is determined on a case by case basis. Absolutely no returns on hospital gowns or NICU smocks.

Customized (embroidered) items made with custom text or images, and items made with customer-provided fabric are not accepted for return or exchange.

Guarantee: 
We guarantee quality and workmanship on our products. Failing to follow care instructions resulting in damage to the item and normal wear and tear are not considered defects. All returns for defective items must be requested within 3 days of receipt. Please email for authorization in advance of returning your items.
