Shipping policy

Shipping Cost.
We charge actual shipping costs plus a small handling fee. You can see exactly what your shipping will be once you start the checkout process. We refund any shipping overcharges. If you're concerned about the shipping cost in the cart, please just contact us.

Turnaround Time and Transit Time.
Turnaround Time isn't a phrase I use much, but it refers to the amount of time it takes me to prepare items to be shipped. For a ready to ship item, that means how long it takes me to process your order and put the item in a package. For a custom item, that means how long it takes me to cut, sew, and finish you item(s).

Your chosen shipping method does NOT change the above timelines. 

Transit Time refers to how long it takes the shipper (UPS, the Postal Service, etc) to deliver your items to you. The length of time your items take to arrive once they have been shipped will vary according to the shipping method that you chose. Once your item has been handed over to the shipper, it is completely out of my hands. Sometimes shippers aren't able to deliver their packages on time, which stinks, but there's little I can do about it. I do not have any kind of pull with UPS or the USPS or FedEx. If you have any issues with receiving your package, please let me know and I'm happy to help you work through them.

I do not ever guarantee delivery deadlines, since I don't control the delivery companies.

Wallypop is not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. 

Items ordered together are shipped together. Generally speaking, items ordered separately are shipped separately. If you place two orders and wish them to ship together if possible, please make a note in the cart.

International Shipping
I am happy to ship internationally. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, fees, customs, and any other charges incurred during the shipping process. We will not falsify customs documents. (Very occasionally, the shipping calculator will miscalculate an international package. If this happens, we'll contact you before starting your order.)  COVID has brought many changes to international commerce - including several countries refusing certain types of mail. You are responsible for making sure you choose a shipping method currently accepted by your country, and you are responsible for all shipping expenses. If your country doesn't accept first class shipments, for example, you are responsible for the cost to upgrade the shipping to a shipping method your country DOES accept.
